The original song is hot garbage. This, on the other hand, is quite good.

Hey ProjectAnarchy, thanks for commenting. I found it looking for material that I wanted to cover in a different style. While the original is a bit repetitive and isn't something I would choose to hear again, I think there's an amateur / vulnerably emotional charm about it.

The area, LA, I'm ultimately trying to end up is interesting because I didn't actually expect myself to pursue it. I'm not a big of how they treat their freelancers/contractors, but I'll figure it out.

Quick side note as to why I'm moving there -- I am a freelance voiceover casting director and overall audio dude in the industry. While I've been able to find success on my own, I would really like for my next full-job time to be within the game or music industry. One day, I know I'll return back to Texas. :)

Funnily enough, this demo reel sounds much better than your 2020 one. The 2020 character demo reel sounds somewhat... Lispy?

Lispy eh? Well I don't have a lisp just problems lifting my tongue and pacing myself. So it could just be that and maybe a bad take, your first person to ever say that though, so I was surprised. But nevertheless, I'll continue improving so future reels won't be "lipsy"
